Today we have a special episode for you as we celebrate what would have been the 100th birthday of Earl Nightingale. He’s considered the Dean of Personal Development, having played a huge role in advancing the personal development industry.
From the time he was a child through his adulthood, Earl was always seeking the true meaning of success —and that would become his life’s purpose. He became one of the greatest minds of his generation and a true expert on the principle of success and what it takes to be successful. I believe he wanted people to really understand the power of their mind. His philosophy was that anyone can reach their highest potential merely through living by one simple message—you become what you think, you reap what you sow, and you must provide service to others whom you meet.
Earl brought the ideas and knowledge of Napoleon Hill, W. Clement Stone, Wallace Wattles, and others to the common person. He was great at taking somewhat esoteric messages and making them accessible so that the masses could really get behind it. To this day, even 100 years after his birth, millions of people continue to seek out Earl Nightingale’s words of wisdom through replays of his work.
