Happy Thanksgiving! On this holiday, we take some time to share the importance of gratitude and it being the antidote to everything. But what happens if you’re not grateful? What if everything’s falling down around you, or you’ve suffered some great loss and can’t actually feel gratitude in your body? The truth is that everyone goes through a rough patch at some point, and it’s important to understand gratitude to help you shift your situation.
Today I sit down with my CEO Steph Tuss to talk about the practice of gratitude, the emotions behind it, and the importance of expressing it in a healthy and productive way. No matter what difficult experiences you’re having, no matter what’s happened to you in the past, there’s always a lesson to be learned. There’s always something positive to come out of the negative. It’s about getting to a place where you can see that.
