This week I had the pleasure of sitting down with Donnie Gioia, of Gioia Sails Inc. Donnie recently retooled his manufacturing operation to create face shields for front line health care workers during the coronavirus pandemic.  His innovation and ability to lead with his heart as well as his head proves he is a leader in the industry and is helping so many people stay safe during this unprecedented time.
