Gratitude is important. With all the negativity and darkness in the world today, it’s increasingly easy to slip out of gratitude. When that happens, things get worse, our mindset changes and it spirals further into the darkness.
With all that is going on around us, we need to take a closer look at how we are showing up and start taking steps to doing things differently. If we want to get through all the negativity that surrounds us, we have to change how we practice and express it.
It’s not just enough to feel thankful for what you have. We all need to start doing something that we can be thankful for.
