Episode 043: Making A Transformation – Part II

Years ago, when I first started studying, I had never even heard of self-improvement. Remember, this was before the Internet so studying back then involved going to the public library and the local bookstore.

When I committed to making a transformation in my life I made it a point to study voraciously. I devoured audio cassettes in the truck that I drove more than two hundred miles every day. I constantly read books. Whatever there was to be learned I soaked it up like a sponge. My progress was slow at first, but it was still progress.

Not too long into the process, when I experienced my own quantum leap, I did two things. And the best part is, anyone can do them.

In this second part of my Making a Transformation series, I want to show you how aligning your environment and training yourself to think in a different way makes all the difference.

To get the transformation you desire, you have to be 100% committed. Failure is not an option. We fail when we allow certain thoughts into our minds, allowing you an easy out. Any excuse will work right?!?

In this episode you’ll learn:

  • The two things I did when I was first starting out that pushed my transformation forward
  • What it means to align your environment and how crucial it is for your success
  • How the people, places, and things in your life should work together to raise your self-worth and be a sense of inspiration each and every day

  1. I loved this podcast!
It’s how I work with my clients! I’m awesome at helping them transform their minds, health and their bodies!

I need a coach that can do that for me in regards to finances and wealth.

I always get so much out of your podcasts!!!!

I’m really excited for your journey this year David!!

    Thank you

  2. Super podcast, David! The option of transformation is not an option at all. I struggled with my weight, too until I got very ill, dropped 60 lbs. and have gained 10 back but that seems to be muscle from my running schedule… I support your transformation!! Do it now before illness has a chance… the world needs your voice.

  3. David – I am absolutely loving your podcasts…and I have a question. In one of your previous episodes, you talked about Crazy Town. What I have noticed is every time I am ready to UPLEVEL and make a decision to shift all hell breaks loose. Specifically, I experience issues with my sons or my husband that need my attention or support. When these things happen I find myself spirally and becoming super anxious which results in me losing focus and momentum. Can you do a podcast on how to keep moving forward even when things are trying to stop you? I think this will be so helpful as we go through Transformation 2019. Thanks much!

    1. Thank you Rae, I’ll put it on my list of topics to revisit on the podcast. I can tell you that one episode to listen to over and over again would be Episode 012: Don’t Quit In The Darkness. We all have our challenges, and that episode goes through mine. I appreciate the feedback and thank you for listening.
